We plan to use this blog to keep you updated and share prayer requests. God has been working through each moment, providentially revealing His plan for Tim's life. Thank you for your prayers, support, and encouragement.
The web address for this site is "Who Wood Have Thought" ...a play on words based on the circumstance that revealed the tumor. Below are pictures of the tree limb that hit Tim's head/face (it may not look extremely large, but add to it the fact that it fell about 30 feet before hitting him). We never would have thought the word menginioma would become part of our thoughts and vocabulary.
When you check for updates and have a moment, please feel free to leave a comment/note of encouragement for Tim. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement!
What a great idea to start this blog! Might save a lot of repeating yourself this way. I love the play on words. =)

I have been praying for y'all since I heard the news. I have been thinking all along that the tree branch was exactly that . . . part of a providential plan. We will be missing Tim at work and hoping for a speedy return:)

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for creating this blog to communicate with all of us who love you both, are praying for you and are eager to hear what God is doing along the way.
The verse that has stuck in my head for over 30 yrs. which comes back every time there is a calamity is in I Tim. 6:15 (Philips) "God is the blessed Controller of ALL things, the King over all kings and the Master of all masters".
We are praying for peace in the middle of a river of anxiety as you keep your eyes on God alone. (also, get off the sweet tea! :-) )
Love & hugs,
Ronna/Don
